All of PCS’s products with the KRUSELL name are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for a life-time of the product.  Once the product has reached end of life as expressed by the manufacturer, warranties will be determined as void. (END OF LIFE IS DETERMINED WHEN THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BY THE MANUFACTURER).  NO REPLACEMENTS, REPAIRS OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE GIVING AT END OF LIFE OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product (s) listed at the incorrect price.  PCS shell return monies less restocking fees, shipping handing and insurance to customers when we depict the incorrect item (s), but only when the item is misrepresented.  PCS reserves the right to substitute ANY item (s) with new revisions of the same items, as long as the item is a new revision.  PCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order (s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or any other such type of payment is charged. If your credit card or any other payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PCS shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account, send out a company check or post a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
