Warranty: All KRUSELL products to include; leather cases, clips and accessories through Pride Communication Services and PCS-LTD only, carry a no hassles replacement guarantee limited to the Krusell product for a LIFETIME WARRANTY till end of life as specified by the manufacturer for manufacturer defects.  Manufacturer defects include the following; bad stitching, problems with zippers, broken Multidapt system, broken or faulty clips and accessories.  These warranties only apply to our customers.  Proof of purchase will be required as requested.  This warranty is specific to Pride Communication Services and PCS-LTD.

Liability: All of Pride Communication Services and PCS-LTD products with the KRUSELL name are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for a LIFETIME till end of life as specified by the manufacturer. In no event shall Pride Communication Services, PCS, PCS-LTD, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. PCS only warranties the KRUSELL product against manufacturer defects and does not warranty any other devise that may be used or indirectly used with the KRUSELL product.

Warranty specifics: Since the Krusell products could be model specific relating to cellular, PDA, photography equipment and other portable electronic devices, Pride Communication Services will only provide replacement on product that is available by the manufacturer.  If the product is discontinued because the manufacturer decides that the product is out of life, warranty then will be void and no replacement or repair will be granted.  Warranty is only granted to the same like product.  No substitutions of any kind.

Shipping: PCS will not pay for return shipping on warranty claims.  All warranties will be shipped first class mail within the USA for $4.95 and $6.95 for International airmail plus $1.50 for postal insurance.  Note: the cost that is shown above is for ALL warranty claims including clips and is calculated per item sent.  Multiple items sent will result in a more costly shipping fee.  PCS does not assume responsibility for the arrival of shipments from the customer.  We suggest that customers ship with Delivery Confirmation, Parcel Tracking and or Courier Insurance.  If the parcel is lost from the customer to us, it will be the responsibility of the customer and the contracted courier service.

Conditional claim: All claims/returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).   Requests can be made by e-mail: Click HERE

Processing time: Please allow approximately 7 - 10 business days for your warranty claim to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

• 

Rights reserved: PCS reserves the right to refuse an RMA or to issue only one RMA per returned product. Depending on the type of RMA, PCS might or might not pay shipping on the RMA. PCS does not pay shipping on replacement RMAs in the unlikely case that a replacement RMA is issued.

Exchanges and Return policy: 

• 

All KRUSELL store products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of your product's arrival date.  Product arrival dates can be confirmed with either couriers tracking or delivery confirmation numbers.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $3.00 whichever is greater.

• 

Clearance items or any specially priced items may be returned only when defective and within 7 days of your product's arrival date.

• 

Product arrival dates can be confirmed with either couriers tracking or delivery confirmation numbers. After 10 days (7 days for Clearance items or any specially priced items), if a Return Material Authorization is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.

• 

PCS will not pay for return shipping on exchange claims, unless fault of PCS.  All exchanges will be shipped first class mail within the USA for $4.95 and $6.95 for International airmail plus $1.50 for postal insurance.  PCS does not assume responsibility for the arrival of shipments from the customer.  We suggest that customers ship with Delivery Confirmation, Parcel Tracking and or Courier Insurance.  If the parcel is lost from the customer to us, it will be the responsibility of the customer and the contracted courier service.  Please note that the return shipping cost could vary depending on the parcel size and weight.  The minimum as stated above is the standard and will never be calculated as less.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Items must be in original packaging including cardboard inserts for cases, in as-new condition with the invoice or packing slip, manuals and accessories.

• 

Please allow approximately 10 - 15 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.  PCS does not assume responsibility for the arrival of shipments from the customer.  We suggest that customers ship with Delivery Confirmation, Parcel Tracking and or Courier Insurance.  If the parcel is lost from the customer to us, it will be the responsibility of the customer and the contracted courier service.  If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.

•

AUCTIONS or third party vendors:

EBAY, YAHOO AMAZON or any other auction house or third party returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee or $5.00 whichever is greater.

• 

The following fees will be credited from any refunds issued, PAYPAL, EBAY, YAHOO and AMAZON fees.  All third party services charge fees to list, sell and perform money transactions.  PCS will not be responsible in paying such fees; as such will be charged back to the customer.
